So, I have not blogged in quite some time. (Well really I just don’t feel like looking up how long it has been but I am sure it has been a long time.) So I have decided to just go over what you all have missed. I graduated 7th grade with no C’s, D’s, or F’s. And now it is summer, the one time of year I don’t like that much. I know that is stupid but I really just don’t like it, I prefer constant learning or homework or at least some jerk in my class for me to whine to my Mom about. But now it is summer and I have none of that. So I have decided to write a book. This book I have been working on for quite some time. And I have over 10,000 words (as of yesterday) done!

Which brings me to the point of this post. Today, I was procrastinating writing a part of my book that I really don’t want to write, and I was on Jen Lancaster’s Website , reading about her not writing when she was suposed to an dI realised how great it would be if I used my blog for that too. So I have decided I am going to. And this blog is not going to be the same as it used to. Instead of writing about other things, I am going to be writing about me, my life, and my book. So everyone who is looking for an adventure tighten your seat-belts, because it is going to be a bumpy ride.

Today it rained in So-Cal. I have lived in North Carolina and it really rains there, so much that it was misting when I went into a movie and it was like a river when I was coming out of it.
But when it was moderatly raining here it was a BIG deal. People were screaming when the wind would blow, P.E. was pretty much canceled and we just sat in the Library shivering (and not allowed to go to the bathroom, when you really need to go), and during lunch everyone is told to go and watch Barney and Curious George (last rain was Loony Tunes). I thought the whole affair was rather exaggerated and quite frankly funny until school had just ended and everyone was walking around trying to get to the bus, the parents, or their after school detention in the math room. I was in the Science room talking to my teacher (I am a nerd sometimes) and we both heard a snap and some screams. We went outside to see what had happened and looked around.

This book will make you cry and then laugh. (If you the kind of person that cry of course.) This is the sequel to the feel good Twilight. Or this book makes it seam like a feel good book. This book brings you on an emotional roller coaster that continues throughout the inter series.

I it all starts with her 18th Birthday Party at the Cullen’s house. As any fan of the saga knows Alice is a bit excessive and when she gets to plan Bella’s birthday party she does it all. Big cake (considering that the Cullens don’t eat it is a bit unneeded) And presents, against Bella’s expressed wishes, and one of those presents is just the trigger to blow everything up. With one word.

Michael Jackson was, beyond a reasonable doubt, an inventor. But not the kind that wins the Nobel Prize (though he did deserve a Nobel Peace Prize….but that is another article.)  He didn’t invent socks, though he had very many.  And he didn’t invent the iPod, though I am sure he is on most of them.

Michael did invent beats, he invented rhythms, he invented moves, he invented grooves. He invented things that we take for granted. Just try to imagine life without “the robot”, his move from the Jackson 5, or without the knowledge that zombies can DANCE!

Michael didn’t only invent songs. He was the Paul Revere of the music video revolution. He started off just dancing for cable television cameras (and no doubt, a live studio audience). Then music videos for his hits from “Off The Wall”. And if you thought that was amazing, well, it was just the beginning.

He was the first African-American to have his/her music video played on MTV. People say “Oh that would have happened anyway.” But it took Michael to make it happen.

Like I said, it started with “Off the Wall”, but Michael was nowhere near finished. Like a tornado that just wouldn’t stop, he continued. Thriller, despite being one of the highest grossing albums of all time, also became one of the many outlets of which Michael would prove to be the pioneer of the modern music video.

Thriller became a 13:00 minute movie spectacular in which Michael stars in a movie and transforms into a werewolf.  Later we all find out that the real Michael is just at the movies with his girlfriend.  When the movie proves to be too much for her, she decides that she has to leave. Michael, against his free will, leaves the movie with her. He has his fun teasing her about how “she was scared”. He even starts singing but then his dance turns deadly. And well, you just have to see it…..

Michael also was the first person to use face-morphing technology in his video for “Black or White”.   He also demonstrated his super-human strength in his video “Smooth Criminal” when he amazed everyone with his 84 degree lean that will have you re-watching it, looking for the strings.

Michael was also the designer of his home, Neverland Ranch.  He invited sick kids to come and forget their worries for a day while riding on the train or climbing in the trees or riding the rides. Michael also used to have water fights and he has NEVER lost in a water fight.
