Day 3
Feb 8th, 2011 by admin

You think I forgot didn’t you? But no! Though I do only have about 3% of my battery life to spend on this so it will be short and sweet.

Thing 5: A lion rawr can be heard by up to five miles away.

Thing 6: American car horns play to the tone of F.

The End

I like this song, I hope you do too :)

Blog-ish-ness

Dear People,

As you many know I am going to be conducting a project over the next 49 days that will aid in my quest to eventually know everything, or at least a lot. But I just wanted to take a moment to say that that does not mean that I am going to forget what this website really is. A blog. So, without further adu, I present to you….My Day.

I have a newly developed theory that the first song that you listen to at the beginning of the day has a profound impact upon the events that will happen later. Or at least your outlook on what happens durning the rest of the day. So this morning when I woke up and the Taylor Swift break-up song ‘Last Kiss’ was on, I knew it was going to be bad. It isn’t as if I have a boy-friend who could break-up with me anymore, that already happened. But the slow meloncoly tone slowed my step all day.

Even my usually not to observant friends could see something was wrong. But when 4th period rolled around it all changed, for the better.

I am not sure if any of you have ever done yoga, but if you haven’t I have one recommendation to make. DO NOT BUY A DVD. And that is not because it is any less effective than if you were to have a real person there, it is because the videos are as funny as crap. And crap is funny. Most videos are probably not as funny as the one that we watched in P.E. or it may have just been the circumstances, but the fact that the lady called Abs ‘the powerhouse’ and the butt ‘Buns’ was the highlight of my day. Thank you yoga lady.

Here is a video with the Lyrics to that Taylor Swift song mentioned earlier.

One Girl: One Mission

Dear People On My Website (for any reason),

So, as most of you know, I am a fan of starting really big projects. So, here we go. My newest project it to learn 100 things in 50 days. Lets hope this one isn’t as hard as writing a book in 100 days.

Thing One: Chris Grismer (Person) he is an award-winning Canadian director. He is mainly small-time having directed movies such as Kyle XY, Queer as Folk, Being Erica, Playmakers, This Is Wonderland and Make It or Break. Also he directed music videos for Arcade Fire, Broken Social Scene, Metric, and Motion City Soundtrack. But the most recent thing that he directed is clearly the most popular and some teens might have hear of it. A little show called Pretty Little Liars!

Thing Two: Marc Millican (person) is a man with determination. In 2004 he ran for the Alaskan U.S. Senate seat and lost after only obtaining 3% of the vote. Yet, this blow is not enough to end his flow, he has announced that he will run for President in 2012 as an Independent.

Thanks for reading :)

Update

So, I have not blogged in quite some time. (Well really I just don’t feel like looking up how long it has been but I am sure it has been a long time.) So I have decided to just go over what you all have missed. I graduated 7th grade with no C’s, D’s, or F’s. And now it is summer, the one time of year I don’t like that much. I know that is stupid but I really just don’t like it, I prefer constant learning or homework or at least some jerk in my class for me to whine to my Mom about. But now it is summer and I have none of that. So I have decided to write a book. This book I have been working on for quite some time. And I have over 10,000 words (as of yesterday) done!

Which brings me to the point of this post. Today, I was procrastinating writing a part of my book that I really don’t want to write, and I was on Jen Lancaster’s Website , reading about her not writing when she was suposed to an dI realised how great it would be if I used my blog for that too. So I have decided I am going to. And this blog is not going to be the same as it used to. Instead of writing about other things, I am going to be writing about me, my life, and my book. So everyone who is looking for an adventure tighten your seat-belts, because it is going to be a bumpy ride.
